This week we’re doing something a little different. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing my favorite weekly meal prep trick - plus weekly grocery shopping and meal prep recommendations.

And we’re back with another edition of my 5-4-3-2-1 method to sort out your weekly grocery shopping and meal prep. This week we’re celebrating everything you can do with a sheet pan. I’m roasting a full sheet pan of vegetables and making my favorite (and seriously nutritious) turkey meatballs stuffed with feta and lentils.
Sharing once again that we’ve partnered with Organic Valley to provide recommendations for the dairy items in our shopping lists. We greatly admire their work to protect over 400,000 acres of organic farmland.
