In our third and final installment of my 5-4-3-2-1 meal prep series, we’re mastering simple techniques for the perfect braise. Braising is a great method for your weekly grocery shopping and meal prep. This week I’m teaching the easiest recipe for braised pork with green olives that you can use for yummy weeknight dinners. Check out the video to see how I pull the pork to make a mouthwatering sandwich with massaged kale.
