Korean BBQ Chicken & Orzo
Happy Sunday! Every Sunday we share a recipe so you can cook along with us.
Sunday Dinner
Korean BBQ Chicken & Orzo
Hey friends,
How is it August already? I'm going to savor this time of year for as long as I can, and that means making the most of grilling season.
Some of my favorite meals start with pantry staples: soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. They bring so much flavor with very little effort. This recipe builds on that foundation with grilled Korean BBQ chicken and a kimchi orzo that's savory, tangy, and packed with umami. The chicken caramelizes beautifully on the grill, while the orzo is an unexpected pairing that just works.
I hope you'll add this one to your dinner lineup this week.
And if you're looking for another excuse to fire up the grill, join us for this week's live class: One Grill, Three Meals. We'll turn juicy marinated chicken thighs and summer vegetables into three completely different dinners: a BBQ plate, a summer Cobb salad, and vibrant pesto grain bowls, all from one grilling session. Plus, you'll have a chance to win a $50 Safeway gift card! You'll find all the details in the class schedule below.
