Ingredients
To make this recipe, please assemble the following
ingredients and prepare each item as noted:
2 balls fresh burrata (8 oz each), brought to room temperature
1 blood orange, peeled and sliced into rounds or segments
1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
1 cara cara orange, peeled and sliced
2–3 tablespoons hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped and lightly toasted
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Sliced baguette, for serving
