US Wagyu Boneless NY Steak

Hey friends,

Being a dad is the greatest gift. I’ve learned that fatherhood isn’t about the big, perfect moments, but it’s about the messy, loud, love-filled ones in between.

When I think about how I want to spend Father’s Day, it’s outside in the sun with the people I love most—especially with my kids. And for me, that always means firing up the grill. This week, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite ways to cook steak: a beautiful American Wagyu NY Strip finished with homemade herb salt. It’s simple, packed with flavor, and honestly… just feels special.

Whether you’re cooking for your dad, your partner, or celebrating your own version of fatherhood, this recipe is made to bring everyone to the table.

Happy Father’s Day!
